Notion is the best writing and organising surface most teams will ever use. Wikis, specs, meeting notes, databases that relate to each other, a workspace that looks exactly how you want it. For knowledge, for documentation, for thinking out loud together, it is genuinely hard to beat and we use it ourselves.

How is UnaTask different from Notion?
Notion is a place you go to read and write. UnaTask is a plan that comes to you: hours on a calendar, reminders when a deadline moves, a queue that is actually yours today.
Should I replace Notion with UnaTask?
Probably not all of it. Keep Notion for docs, specs and the wiki, which it is superb at. Move the tasks, the deadlines and the calendar, which is where a document quietly stops working.
Why does a Notion task database stop working?
Because nothing in it pushes. A database only exists when somebody opens it, so the moment a week gets busy it goes unopened, and then it is out of date, and then it is not trusted. A calendar with real time on it is harder to ignore.
Is UnaTask cheaper than Notion?
They are close, and the difference is what is included. Notion is €9.50 Plus and €19.50 Business per member per month, with AI credits billed on top. UnaTask is €10 per seat with the AI teammates, booking and meeting notes already in it.
