GitHub task manager

A pull request is the work on a task that already exists, so in UnaTask it links to that task instead of starting a new one. Open a task, add the pull request, and follow its status and checks right there. When it merges, the task can close itself. For a whole dev team, or a team of one.

A GitHub task manager: link pull requests to the tasks they close, follow their checks, and move a task to Done when it merges. Import Issues too.
