The same account, the same data, a different window

There is nothing to migrate and nothing to keep in sync. The difference is what a real app can reach that a tab cannot: the menu bar, Notification Centre, the notifications you already get from everything else, and the disk.

What you are supposed to be doing sits in the menu bar all day, with the time it starts. You do not go and look for it, and you do not keep a tab open to be told.

Now, Today, your agenda, your focus block, the next call, the day plan and what is still unscheduled. They read a file the app keeps fresh rather than the network, so they are there the moment you swipe, not a second later.

Notifications from the system, not a tab

A block starting, a task assigned to you, a meeting about to begin. They arrive the way everything else on your Mac arrives, and they still arrive when the browser is closed.

The work is not lost when the network goes

What you write and move while offline is queued and sent when you come back. A tunnel is not a reason to lose a morning.

A focus overlay over everything

The block you are in, on top of whatever you are working in, so the hour you set aside is visible without switching to it.

Your tasks turn up in Spotlight

Hit command space, type part of a task or a project, and open it straight from there. Selected text anywhere on your Mac becomes a task through the Services menu, and a file dropped on the icon in the Dock does too.

The call arrives on screen

A meeting about to start slides in with the link, so joining is one click from wherever you are.

What it does not do yet

The pieces that are on the site and not here, so you know before you download.

Automations are a list, not a tree

On the site an automation branches, with routers and an otherwise, drawn on a canvas. On the Mac it is a straight sequence of steps. Same triggers, same four kinds of step, no branching.

No guided setup for your first AI teammate

You can add and edit AI teammates on the Mac, and the sheet for it is a good one. The guided walk through the ten roles is on the site.

No in app support thread

Writing to us from inside the product is on the site. From the Mac, email still works.

A few one time things stay in the browser

Accepting an invitation, the public booking page, and connecting a service for the first time, because that is the address those services send people back to. Paying and closing your account were on this list until the 6th of September and are now in the app.
