What it costs
For a team of 5, billed yearly, ClickUp is about $420 a year and UnaTask is €480 plus VAT. The two are quoted in different currencies, so we have not subtracted one from the other.

Should we leave ClickUp?
Not necessarily, and we would rather say so. Keep ClickUp if somebody on the team enjoys building the system and you want it bent into the exact shape of your process. Move if the missing piece is the week itself: hours on a calendar, for everyone, before the work is promised.
Can it sit alongside our tracker?
Yes. It imports GitHub Issues and links pull requests, so the build stays where it is and the planning happens here.
Does it do roadmaps?
It has a timeline with dependencies across projects. It is not a portfolio product for reporting up several levels, and if that is what you need we would say so.
