Should we leave Todoist?
Not necessarily, and we would rather say so. Keep Todoist if you want the quickest personal list in existence and you mostly work alone. Move if the missing piece is the week itself: hours on a calendar, for everyone, before the work is promised.
Can clients book without seeing my other appointments?
Yes. They see offered slots only, never your calendar, and blocked time is never offered.
Is it free for a solo practice?
Yes, with every feature, including booking links. You pay only when somebody joins you.
